Your Loft is equipped with an American Leather sleeper sofa. Remove all cushions and pull the metal bar at the back of the sofa toward you to unfold the mattress into a bed.

SLEEPER SOFA:
Your loft has a sofa bed by Lee Furniture: There are two handles underneath the bottom cushion, simply pull towards you and the sofa bed will pull out like a dresser drawer/trundle bed into a queen sized bed.
ALL LOFTS:
SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
Sleeper sofa linens including a set of pillows, sheets, and a blanket are located inside a wardrobe/closet for you.
Please do not jump on the sofas, beds, and furniture! This seems silly to have to say, but broken sofas have happened and they are super expensive to replace. We ask that you treat the property and its contents kindly as a common courtesy. Thank you!
MICROWAVES:
The display screen does not light up on the microwaves. Press clear, enter the time to cook, and press start.
COFFEE MAKER:
We do not provide coffee but we do have a coffee maker for you to bring your favorite flavor. Check out the Amenities section of your loft to know which type is provided. Please leave the lid to the coffee filter compartment open after use.
CLEANING SUPPLIES FOR SPILLS:
We’ve left you with a few light cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink (including a handheld brush and dustpan) in case there are any spills during your stay.
PLEASE CONSERVE ENERGY:
We know it’s tempting to leave lights on, especially in hotels while we’re on vacation! Please be mindful and help us save energy by turning off all lights any time you exit your loft.
THERMOSTAT:
Please do not adjust the air conditioning/heat to extreme temperatures NOR set the fan to the ON position. Doing so could cause the system to freeze/lock up and we can not guarantee repair during your stay.
FREE FOOD AND BEVERAGES:
Unopened food and beverages from prior guests may have been left behind. Rather than throwing them away, we usually place them in the refrigerator and pay them forward for you to enjoy. Take a beer, leave a beer! And maybe even leave a note for incoming guests!
NEARBY GROCERY, WINE & SPIRITS:
Savi Urban Market (literally less than a block away). There is also a Publix and Whole Foods by car.
Metropolitan Wines & Spirits is on the corner of 4th Ave N and Church St, next to Savi Urban Market.
