Locally owned and operated since 2011, Music City Loft was born from passion. Nashville won our hearts when we first came to town. It is our passion to share our favorite place in the world and to create a special musically inspired experience for each individual who steps through our doors. We want you to leave feeling like our loft and our town exceeded every expectation. Whether it’s your 1st trip or 50th! Our mission is to provide a memorable experience along with high-quality service for an affordable rate.

We’re super excited to help you achieve the best Nashville experience. Our team provides personal recommendations for restaurants, music, tours, and events. Music City Loft’s history began in 2011 with one single loft. Today, we have 18 lofts available ranging from studios to three bedrooms! All of our lofts are located in the heart of downtown Nashville, all in the same building or within walking distance to one another. Our lofts are owned and operated by locals who love sharing our favorite city with new fans.

Whether you’re on a business trip and looking to break away from your standard hotel stay or if you’re a budget-conscious couple sneaking away for a weekend of fun, we have studios and one-bedroom lofts that offer full kitchens, laundry and all of the comforts of home. We make the reservation process EASY! To secure a reservation with us, we require the following: A signed contract, $65 non-refundable incidental damages fee and the rental fee paid in full.

Each unique loft captures the spirit of this creative community featuring decor inspiration from some of Nashville’s biggest country music stars and traditions. Alongside the music theme, all of our properties feature works from some of our favorite painters, designers, craftsmen, and artists including Anthony Billups (featured on A&E show ‘Crazy Hearts: Nashville’), John Cranshaw, Beth Inglish plus handcrafted furniture by Legacy Building and Graphic Guitar sculptures by Paul Chase. For couples traveling together, families and group get-togethers, we have three-bedroom lofts with a range of bed combinations to accommodate everyone! We have lofts outfitted with twins for those who don’t want to share beds, Kings and Queens for the couples, plus bunk beds for the kids!
